Champion AKC Australian Cattle Dogs and Dorper Sheep

Oakblu Australian Cattle Dogs and Dorper Sheep are mother daughter ventures.  We are located in Squaw Valley California, 40 mile east of Fresno in the Sierra Nevada foothills, near Sequoia National Park.

 To date we have finished seven AKC conformation championships on our dogs and two AKC herding titles. We occasionally breed our dogs with each matting carefully planned to improve upon the quality of our dogs. We OFA and BAER, and PRCD test all breeding stock

Initially, we got the sheep to train the dogs for herding. Dorpers are hearty, shedding meat sheep. They have excellent temperament, flocking behavior, and weight gains. Percentage animals and market lambs are occasionally available
